Arrival and training
The bulletin recommends arriving at José María Córdova International Airport (MDE), in Rionegro. From there, Rionegro is 10-15 minutes away and downtown Medellín is 35-45 minutes away through the Túnel de Oriente.
The area has more than 20 maps available for training, published by the Antioquia Orienteering League.
